It all starts with an exploration meeting to learn about your and your family’s needs. We review a comprehensive questionnaire, discuss your tastes, timelines, budgets, and other needs. We will figure out whether we have an existing plan for your to build or whether you’d like to create something brand new with one of our trusted design professionals. If you need a lot, we have the perfect Realtor to partner you with, as well as a lender if needed. Once the team is in place, off we’ll go!
We will prepare an itemized proposal with budget numbers and once we have our agreement in place, Justice & Wood will handle all the rest, keeping you up to date along the way. We will handle all pre-construction activities such as getting the drawings and engineering complete, permitting, surveys, connecting you with our interior design showroom, and more and then move into the construction phase. During this time, we will keep you involved by updating you on schedules and budget changes and conduct on-site meetings with you at certain critical stages to review the progress.
At the end, we will walk you through your new home and introduce you its features and talk about home health care. And, don’t worry, just because we are finished doesn’t mean we’re gone! We provide you with an insurance-backed “2-10” warranty, supplied by our national warranty partner, RWC. You can rest assured your family’s investment is well taken care of!
